I am 12 weeks pregnant and very EXCITED!! My OBGYN has suggested that I go to a Maternal Fetal Development doctor and have a consultation. I have a history of epilepsy and tuberous sclerosis. I would be the carrier of the two because my husband does not have this history. Do they do testing that is harmful to me or my baby? I don't know a whole lot about this. It does make me nervous. Thanks!!
